I understand that everyone has different tastes and, of course, different budgets
when they are looking for outside caterers for their wedding, engagement, funeral,
or other function. Information about our standard menus can be found on this page
but if you want to specify your own menu please contact me with your requirements
and I'll be happy to provide a quotation. Just click the name of the menu and it

Sliced cold meats on silver platters and dressed or whole cooked joints carved by
a chef (please call for additional pricing) - roast silverside of beef, roast breast
of turkey, crispy roast leg of port, honey roast gammon.

Three Course Meals - from £9.95 per head

Appetizers
Freshly made soups, for example, cream of tomato and basil, carrot and coriander,
vegetable broth, lobster bisque, lentil and vegetable, chicken noodle etc.
Game parfait on mixed salad leaves with a basil oil dressing drizzled with a redcurrant
and red wine reduction served with Melba toast.
Mediterranean salad topped with Greek feta cheese drizzled with a lime and
coriander dressing finished with black Greek olives.
Galantine of chicken infused with sun blush tomatoes and fresh herbs accompanied
with a fresh mango puree and drizzled with a balsamic reduction. Salmon salad with
rocket drizzled with a lemon and tarragon dressing.
Main Courses
Sliced silverside of beef napped with a tomato, tarragon, and red wine jus.
Roast Northumberland turkey stuffed with a fresh herb and apricot stuffing served
with a cranberry and red wine sauce infused with fresh rosemary.
Roast loin of pork topped with a wholegrain mustard, white wine and fresh
herb sauce finished with cream.
Fillet of chicken breast infused with sun dried tomatoes napped with a smoked bacon
and red wine jus.
All served on a panache of oven roast vegetables and a savoury creamed mashed Maris
Piper potato.
